The stunning Andaman Islands will be home for a week with lots and lots of yoga among natural surroundings. Sunrise and sunset yoga, meditations, nature walks and of course SCUBA diving lessons and dives at gorgeous reefs. Explore the sea like never before through its channels on a kayak, snorkel to your heart’s content at secluded beaches with lots of sea life.



  • DAY 1

    Arrive Port Blair & transfer to Havelock Island

    Beautiful flight over the Bay of Bengal to arrive at Port Blair. On arrival, transfer to the jetty for a ferry to Havelock Island. The 2hrs ferry ride will reach you to one of the most beautiful paradise islands, Havelock. Check in to your resort. Evening opening circle with fire ceremony on the beach.

  • DAY 2

    Havelock Island

    Sunrise yoga on the beach. Breakfast at the resort and enjoy the morning at leisure to explore the islands. Rent a scooty and ride around. Late afternoon experience the subtle but deep meditative Yoga Nidra. Evening walk on the beach and a lesson in star gazing. Night at resort.   • DAY 3

    Havelock Island

    Early morning yoga session and then off for your first scuba diving lesson. Enjoy the beautiful clear waters and the sea life it offers. Scuba diving is possibly one of the most meditative adventure activities.
    Later in the evening a wonderful restorative yoga session by the beach during sunset. Night at resort.

  • DAY 4

    Havelock Island

    Today morning we take a walk through the rainforests of the island and reach a beautiful beach. At the beach enjoy a wonderful time snorkelling over the reef. Here you’ll see a wide variety of corals, fish and other sea creatures like urchins, sea cucumber, clams, nudi branches etc. We also do some new meditation practices here. Enjoy a picnic on the beach and walk back by late afternoon. Enjoy the evening at leisure to try out some of the restaurants and bars at around the island. Night at resort.

  • DAY 5

    Havelock Island

    Today after our morning yoga practice we drive down to the jetty for a kayaking tour around the mangroves. The meandering channels through the mangroves are the perfect spot for some island bird watching. The tour leader will give a lesson in kayaking before we start. The route is one for beginners and does not require much physical effort. Afternoon return to the jetty and lunch at a restaurant on the dock. Evening Yoga Nidra by the beach and closing circle with fire ceremony and chanting. Night at resort.

  • DAY 6

    Havelock Island to Port Blair

    Enjoy your last morning on the island with a sunrise yoga session. Leisurely breakfast and time to say goodbye to all the new friends made on the island. Return to Port Blair by ferry. Visit to the cellular jail and Chidiyatapu beach for sunset. Dinner and drinks at a beautiful rooftop bar. Overnight at resort in Port Blair.

  • DAY 7


    Your unique Yoga Holiday in Andamans, India comes to an end. Transfer to the airport for onwards journey.
